Ok, I don't mind the pieces above the toilet, but I'm very confused by the two hand towels, the rug, and the candle on the sink? Remove one of the hand towels - you don't need two for a pedestal sink in a half bath - it's making the area look too crowded. Remove the candle - you're just taking up space with a useless item. And the rug, while I would personally get rid of it and just leave the hardwoods, can probably stay, but should be rotated the other way. If it doesn't fit the other way without covering part of your HVAC vent, just get rid of it. You don't need a rug in this space.
