Unfortunately, we don't have that answer. We made the cabinetry for our dealer - Kitchens by Design (Indianapolis, IN), but this was a job from 2004. The shelf and pediments do not appear to be our products. They were probably outsourced through another vendor that specializes in these products such as Osborne Wood or Brown Wood.
