My kitchen is connected to the sitting area. I have white cabinets, blue counter top white subway tile backsplash.

The area of the kitchen has a desk and that wall continues in the foyer and that is painted same as foyer Benjamin Moore # 297 Golden Honey

i wanted to paint the kitchen area a Sherwin Williams Golden Fleece #6388 I bought sample and painted alittle and the two colors hit up against each other and they do not look good

Any suggestions how to get around this. I thought of a area I could but alittle strip of white wood to separate but that would not help at the top of walls near ceiling.

My look is a country French shabby chic. Any advice would be greatly appreciated
