Need backsplash help!

I need help with backsplash to go with my colonial white granite and white cabinets. Do any of these options work? I have samples of glass, marble, beveled and plain subway tiles in the pictures below. The tile will go all the way up the windows to the valances so I will have a lot of tile and need to get it right. Thanks!!
Any of these you'd eliminate as not working?

WZ, Thanks for the comment! I went with the plain white subway and love it. Here is the finished kitchen.

I have a glass subway similar to your sample and I really like it. Since it doesn't look like there's much color any place else in the room, that would be my choice. If you like more white, go with the other subway. Not sure the marble would be an easily cleaned backsplash.

I like the beveled or plain subway tile look. I think it's a timeless elegant look. The glass subway tile will look beautiful as well, but it will look dated in 5+years. I think the other option might look too busy.

Another vote for the plain then the beveled subway tile with matching grout. In 10 years, you can still decorate around it.

Best bet would be to go with same as countertop. Either island or counters as they appear different. Don't bring in another surface.

Do the white subway marble doesn't look quite right with counter top or the glass

Island and perimeter counters are all colonial white granite, Rita. Must just be the angle of the camera that is making them appear as different surfaces. Thanks for your input!

Either white tile option would work. I prefer the bevel as it adds an additional layer of texture to the look. The glass seems out of place with that blue and the style could age pretty quickly. I also think the marble is just too busy with the counters. They would just fight each other. Good luck!

I like the marble looking tile for more statement choice, but my choice would be the straight white subway.

I really thought I would choose glass but after reviewing your photos I have to say the plain subway tile looks the best to me.

There is great opportunity to take your subway tile into a herringbone pattern with a bullnose edge around above your range. All other area would be laid in brick pattern. I am sure there is a photo somewhere on house as sample. This would elevate the design of the subway with minimal upgrade costs.

Here's a quick preview of how each would look. The subway tile looks a bit pinker than expected - probably reflecting color from the counter. Hope this helps.

Plain or bevelled subway tile for sure. Beautiful kitchen

It is gorgeous! Thank you for posting pictures! (We just had Colonial White installed - three different slabs - and now the fun begins! Choosing paint colors and backsplash - it's making me crazy!).

What color are your walls?? We are hopefully getting colonial white installed and we have white cabinets as well.

Have you noticed any staining with the countertops? How often do you seal it?

I say go with the blueish subway tile. I am an interior designer and I LOVE subway tile.
