Get as many drawers on the base cabinets as you can, and that will transform your notion of storage for pots/pans, bakeware, storage containers, and more.

I like a two-level drawer for silverware unless you have a total crazy collection, in which case clearance can become an issue.

Corners: lazy susans or the kidne-shaped pullouts for blind base corners.

Pantry: as many pull-out trays as you can manage.

Most of the rest striks me as a scam, but you'll know if something is Just The Thing for some stuff that would otherwise be a tangled mound in a cabinet -- for example, I got a couple of (after-market) cabinet-door racks for storing bags which have transformed several parts of our kitchen...

One exception might be a spice rack, but only if it solves a layout problem -- there are lots of good ways to arrange your spices on a wall cabinet lazy susan, on racks attached inside doors, etc., so I wouldn't put a rack anywhere that wasn't doing something else for me. Most are either base cabinets too close to the stove (roasting all your herbs to dust) or too high for me to use more than one shelf...
