My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

. Asking for information regarding fabric of canopy in photo???

Would love to know the fabric used for the canopy. It looks like it would make great sun porch curtains....light, airy, dry easily,and not likely to mildew.

      Yes it's cotton saree...you get it pretty cheap in India, also the durability is worth mentioning...just wondering it might fade over a period of time if exposed longer to sun. Also being an Indian, this cotton saree canopy is used after being pre-washed for couple of times, otherwise it would have been looked firm due to starching, a very common affair with cotton material to hold on to its colour.
