I suggest sticking with your neutrals. To achieve a light and airy look, you'd want to keep things simple and clean cut. I would add a plant, incorporate a light grey and navy rug, you can some artwork to adorn your walls, it's really a lot you can do with the space.

ok you have many colors in idea book. are you going to buy the eames chair? can we turn the couch so it does not cross the window? i will start with some rugs, please tell which you like or give some colors.

I do already own the Eames chair but am not sure if or how I will incorporate it into the room yet. Of the rugs you have shown I would say the Bungalow Rose Ziraoui Grey would be my favorite.

Nice furniture set up. Bedroom I would perhaps put wall to ceiling drapes on window, mirrors on wardrobe doors are great to make room look bigger

Could we see all four walls of the living room please? From what you've shown, the only things I can say for sure is that you need several more curtain panels and a media cabinet.

The sectional is a bit problematic. It really needs to move away from the door.

I've thinking about that since saw this post..its better if you place the sectional at the opposite wall so the long side won't block the sliding doors. you can also place an end table between the doors and sectional once you switch places

so you chose a really light rug and a really dark rug got a first pick?

I like both. I have a hard time visualizing things in the space without seeing it. The photoshopped photos really help me to get a visual. Sometimes I think about changing the living room walls to the same color as the bed room to make things lighter. Any thoughts on that?
