My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Floor Plan - 1100-1400sqft -1 Story- 2 Bed, 2 Bath

I have been looking at plan after plan after plan online looking for a home that would fit our needs/ideas...


We are in the market to build a small 1100-1400ish sq ft home. 2 bed 2 bath and only 1 story.

I am having trouble finding plans that are open, have nice master bathrooms, and nice kitchens. They all seem to skimp on 2 of the 3 options I want.


Anyone have any sites that specialize in these kinds of floor plans you would recommend? Any plans you would recommend?
I do realize i could hire an architect and we could get something figured out but I would like to have something that I like to base ideas off of.
