That's probably going to be a personal preference- I know tons of people with different stone on the island- I personally like it all to be the same- so my vote is everywhere

for the backsplash i'd do something simple, subtle, drawing from the colors of the stone..check Fireclay tile for example, they have these gorgeous shades of colors, lots of choices. Not going to be cheap. But I think you need this quality of tile, to pair with a stone like that.

I love sea pearl I almost got it but the price was a little too high so I got fantasy brown quartzite instead. I have it on all countertops and island. I prefer that.

I'm definitely leaning towards sea pearl everywhere. LOVE that stone-almost didn't see it bc they literally had just unloaded it. I will definitely check out the fireclay tile. Before I found this slab we were doing calacatta gold tile (which obviously doesn't work with the pattern of the sea pearl anymore). Thanks houzzers!!! Love this community!

In your plan, I would prefer the same counters everywhere. Many would disagree with me but I think two different cabinet finishes and two different counter surfaces just starts to look a little chaotic to me.
