Another finding of Pentobarbital in dog food! So much for the labeling of 'organic'!

Wow Annz, thanks for posting. I check the site often for other things but hadn't looked at the recall page in quite some time...the pentobarbital articles are just plain sickening!

Don't know why anyone would need to check for Dog Food Alerts at Dog Food Advisor.

Most just sign up for an E-mail notification in real time when a recall is announced.

Sure, make it hard and possibly miss some recalls. Yup, to each her own.

I guess my point was that certainly one can "check the site often" OR sign up for automatic E-mail... it is non-intrusive, maybe once a month, and it absolutely prevents not being aware of a recall on a food you are feeding because one has not "check(ed) the site" recently.
