google Murphy Bed hardware. I don't think you will be able to "fold" your mattress. I have a memory foam bed and also a memory foam cool gel topper that is separate from the mattress. The topper is only 2 inches thick and trying to fold/roll and store that for moving was a hassle, I can't imagine trying to do it with something 12 inches thick.
