I agree with Rockin' Fine. You are not really trying to "highlight" your garage door by creating contract. Most people kinda want it to "disappear" and visually draw the eye to the front door with contrast.

I might paint both the garage door and the trim a color that matches or blends into the siding and brick. You want it to disappear.

The garage people think I should go white, but I'm not sure about that, I think both of you guys might be right. The garage door right now is a Desert Tan.

Have the garage door match the siding of your house. You want it to disappear and "become" siding.

I hope you get some windows in the garage. That helps them look less massive.

With a house that is mostly garage from the street, you might as well make a feature out of it and paint it a nice color, even a bold one, and maybe add some hardware or strap hinges or painted panels or designs or whatever. How about aqua or turquoise? Then it will be easy to find your house.

the garage door should be the same colour as the vinyl siding ,garage doors need to blend in and not be the main attraction ,your front door does .

Definitely the siding color including the trim edging piece. You want it to blend in and not jump out at you.

If you can't get a garage door the same color as the siding, then go with the color of the trim, which is white.

Just a suggestion... I would cut the tree down . It blocks your front door, which makes your garage door the focal point. Paint the garage door to match the siding, then paint your front door a rich color or stain to make it pop. I can't tell with the snow, but is there a walkway to your front door? Maybe you could line that with shrubs to your front door to further enhance the entryway. Or put beautifully planted pots on either side of entry instead of garage. Good luck
