Looks more like dormant bermuda than the other warm season grasses. You can fertilize after the second time you mow real grass (not weeds). Then about 2 weeks later, use something like Weed-b-Gon or Weed-b-Gon Chickweed, Clover and Oxalis Killer to take out the broadleaf weeds we see in those pictures. Bermuda can be fertilized once a month through the growing season. Use something with high N and low to zero P and K.
