I like the backsplash and floor tile color together. you can exclude the white waves. If it's just a powder room you can do away with regular drywall and nice paint color on the other three walls. I did exactly that except I used natural stone behind sink instead of glass. The white wavy tile might compete with your accent wall.

I agree powder doesn't need all that tile. I wouldn't even do a whole wall in the mosaic. although it and floor are beautiful together

i would forgo the gray wood tile on floor and pick something plainer. I like the other two choices for the walls. love the mosaic.
