My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Love the deck!!! What kind of wood/material is it?

    The deck boards are a composite material like Trex. The posts for the railing are 4 x 4's wrapped with a vinyl sleeve and the top rail is a cedar 2 x 6. The railing infill is 1/8" stainless steel cable from Feeney.
