Thanks! It's from Rooms To Go. It's the Lilith Pond Taupe Sofa. You have to forgive me, I'm not very knowledgeable about fabrics but I would describe it as a polyester/blend tweed?? I hope that's somewhat clear.

I would go with white!

You also need to keep the cabinet low to bring the T.V to the proper viewing height, which is , center of screen at eye level when you are seated, so not a cabinet that is like a buffet.

No I think this room is perhaps not the right location for the mirror. Also mount it vertically instead of horizontally.

Purchasing a large piece of furniture now when you are planning a move should be done with "next home" vision. You have a nice grouping right now but more white might not be most flexible choice. I think a painted piece would be good and a size that could fit in most any place in next home. I would keep it small scale. Like under 40" wide with tv that is small scale. Then in next house the console and tv could fit in a guest room because next house will probably call for larger tv and console. So think "next house". Don't decorate for this current space. Tricky but wise.
