What Southwestern look are you trying to get away from? As far as southwestern, I think it look very modern, in a number of different color schemes. What does southwestern mean to you?

Not sure how we can help without photos of your existing furniture and accents. This isn't your furniture correct? If that is the case, I don't see how we can say that one color would work over another, without furniture or style you are going for. We have nothing to base things off of, other than wood flooring and cabinets, which goes with everything.

With that being said, sure, white goes with everything. That's a safe bet, especially since we have nothing to go by here.

Hi Kristy, I am also moving into a home next month with the same wall color as you have. I picked Benjamin Moore Balboa Mist for my kitchen, dining, living room and Classic Gray for the hallway, bathrooms and bedrooms. Nice warm gray tones. Painter is starting on Friday.

Ok I will when we are finished with everything. Doing a master bath/laundry room remodel as well.
