Kitchen planning HELP

We are in the process of almost a complete home Reno. Small home 832 sq ft. I'm planning to put in Bodbyn grey on base cabinets & island. I want to use glass doors on the top but don't like the Bodbyn mullioned glass doors. I'm thinking of using the IKEA Jutis glass door for upper. It has a stainless steel edge and with interior light show grey & white. What do you think of these two styles together?

Here is the flooring pic too.

Very interesting mix of styles. We wouldn't try to make the uppers and the base cabinets the same color if they are that drastically different. Keep the uppers white and the base cabinets gray. If you use modern cabinet pulls it could bring the look together. Good luck with your project!

Thank you Meyer Design. I will definitely keep the modern pulls in mind when choosing. I think I know which ones I'm going to use. What about these ones? There is one more I like I will try to find a pic.

    Or these ones.

I don't think I'm going with that granite. I love it but it's to busy I think. I saw the display kitchen with a London Grey. Looks like Calcutta Marble. The soft grey look great with the grey cabinets. Any thoughts on which flooring? I don't want much grey in the flooring.

I thought that the wood was for the backsplash and darker wood for flooring....they're nice choices

Anyone else have an opinion? Open to all ideas. The kitchen will be L shaped with a small island. I will try to get pics up. I would appreciate input on the layout, the cabinets, handles and flooring. Am I on the right track?

Betty, I am not the best person to comment on Ikea products. Don't use them hardly at all. Many do, and have good luck. I see from your ideabook you like soft colors. I think I would do everything white, maybe the island base in gray. If you mean London Sky for your countertop, you will love it. It is the closest quartz product to Carrera Marble on the market today and has the least muddy look. Doing the gray bottom cabinets might not be best for you. Perhaps just keep the gray to the bottom of the island? Can you do a rough sketch of the kitchen. I also am not a fan of the cabinet pulls like that. They are difficult to use, at least for my people. Finger nails get murdered with those pulls. If you can provide a few photos and a sketch I may be able to help further. Good luck on your project.

This is a great pull, sleek, so garments don't get caught in it, modern looking, brushed nickel with punching detail gives it a great look. Something like that with a simple cabinet door knob to coordinate would be fine.

I do like that pull Flo. I really love the grey cabinets. They are quite a soft grey. The color scheme for the whole house is greys, light blues, creams, whites. This is our sofa color.

Beautiful. I think the combination is very nice. Just personal taste at this stage. Love the London Sky. That will be gorgeous!
