That is me looking for some suggestions

I'd pick a bold color to play off against the black and white, like a hot pink or lime green.

Trebam "Sest Redaka Pink" Magenta White Shower Curtain · More Info

Aqua Kitty Cat Face Shower Curtain · More Info

I'd keep the wall color simple -- a white or pale gray -- and then do all the color via the shower curtain and coordinating rug, etc.

All That Jazz Rug, Blue · More Info

You should share some pictures- it is easier to give suggestions that way.

    This is not social media

If you can take a pic and download it to your computer, posting the picture here is as simple and point to "Photo" on the line below and upload your image. Design is based on the visuals, not on prose. If you are over the age of 90, you should get a pass.

Without the pic you will not get very good advice and evidenced by the ?#$%! advice you receive so far.

Nothing I posted was in anyway rude. I was trying to be helpful.

I'm in my 60's and learn something new everyday. However, it's likely when I reach my 90's, knock on wood, it might be a bit harder to continue the trend.

What might be considered rude is not staying up with new methods of communicating and expecting everyone to accommodate your shortcomings.

My friendly advice - discover and adhere to the norms of the medium you are using. Houzz forum participants regularly post and expect to give advice, opinions and comments based on photos.

ACM gave you some advice based on the interpretation of your words and you didn't like the suggestions. Nor have you bothered to show any appreciation for the attempts to assist you up to this point.

If you want to find ideas here, browse photos and save them in ideabooks if you aren't providing your own photos

I just did my downstairs bathroom and it took a whole week. I work 5 days a week long hours and in my sixties and was going to take the wallpaper off this bathroom too however I am now rethinking that since my house was built 45 years ago to our liking back then and after taking the wallpaper off and sanding and painting the walls I don't want to use up that kind of time. The tub toilet and shower and sink are all black the walls are a white could wallpaper and the window trim shower curtain and door jams are taupe color and shower curtain and window curtain were made by me. There is a

gothic type border of black white and taupe. I am thinking of going with a grey and white wallpaper with some kind of border and maybe still using a taupe on trim and windows......

any suggestions on this would be welcomed however I am not good at taking pictures and trying to load them on a sight.
