My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

What is the name of the material/product that covers the wooden deck ?

    Good afternoon

    'Merbau' timber was used for the deck finished with 2 coats of 'Intergrain Ultradeck' clear decking oil - see following link http://www.intergrain.com.au/product-selector/product-detail/intergrain-ultradeck

    Sorry I misunderstood your question.

    The coverings to the alfresco are shade sails made of shade-cloth - a fade resistant UV stabalised fabric which allows light (& rain) through but provides up to 95% UV block
