Last night the dryer abruptly stopped. When I went in to check it there was a humming sound coming from the machine. Opened door and the humming stopped. Nearly burned myself it was way too hot in machine. Now when I try to turn on the dryer nothing happens, just a humming sound. No error message or other indication from the dryer that there is something wrong. Extremely hard to turn drum by hand. Dryer is 6 years old. Guessing the repair on this will be more than a new Samsung. Any thoughts? I am mechanically inclined and can do a lot on my own, just thought I'd see if anyone has some ideas before I toss it.
