My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I emailed you a couple weeks ago about the marble backsplash. I recall that you said it was included. However, I am ready to place the order and the description states that a marble backsplash is not included. I also need the mirror. Please confirm that I will receive the back splash or I need to order a different item. Thank you

    So it is an error that is says it does not come with backsplash. I m not trying to be difficult.
