My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    oh, I'm sorry. I have no idea why it is doing that. We have a 9.95 flat rate on Houzz on all US orders. Must be something to do with Houzz's system. Please give them a call to place the order.
