I have a 55 yr old house that was not properly set up for rain drainage.This caused the freeze thaw affect and the brick on my house and garage is separating. How can I repair this? I am looking into putting in a drain from the garage because of all the neglect over the years, I am also getting rain water run off in the basement. I found mud for the first time. I know I will have to take the drywall down, but I have to get the brick fixed because it is causing the garage to shift. Please help!!
