I had written a long comment and it didn't post. My apologies.
I can see from your picture the color's not so dark. I was suggesting a light sheer (off white or champagne) with a Roman blind (light beige). Depending on how much sun and heat your room gets, you may want to consider thermal curtains, too.

Light or white curtains and drapes are timeless. Colored curtains seem to me to age quickly. You can't go wrong with linen. The Roman shades are also a good idea.

I think white sheers or a white light fabric would look beautiful. Fresh and airy.

I think a very light misty gray color or even a tan or gold color would look wonderful. You have a lot of great colors to work with.

Beautiful room. Are your ceilings painted the same color as the walls? I still think the light and airy white curtains would look beautiful

Thank you, yes, ceilings and walls are same color. Agreeable gray. We'll eventually go white ceilings...but for now it will remain.

I am jealous of 6 windows. We have one window in our bedroom and it is very dark.

I agree entirely on white/sheer or pale grey/beige sheers. Unless you need the blackout properties of curtains. Lovely plain (custom) shades will give you privacy and if you want some design or pattern, that's available too.
