CLM seem active

I had posted pictures of my leaves earlier, and was told that I had CLM, but they seemed to be old infestations. Well, everytime I look there is another curled leaf with what looks like cobwebbing inside. So I guess they are pupating? Should I keep up with the sprays?

Where in the country are you at? My navel orange got hit hard last year by CLM (I just bought the house in September of last year) but I haven't seen any new damage. I have been watching over my new growth and haven't seen any new trails on my new growth. I have four trees now and been watching all the new growth.

A little more info on CLM and some photos to verify.
