My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    So I live the basement design. Especially having grown up in East Lansing MI and now living in CA.

    I would love to get an idea of what the total cost was on that remodel of the basement, minus furniture and accessories?

    We don't disclose specific clients' budgets, but a basement renovation can cost between $40 and $70K. There are lots of factors to consider like whether you're moving plumbing, etc. Feel free to contact us if you'd like to discuss a project!
