My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Thanks! Actually my sister made it for me. I think she found a pattern to make the birds somewhere online, and got the branches from a tree in my parents' yard. I'm pretty sure they have these on etsy, too, though, if you're looking to buy one...
