Yeah, pick a lower-profile fixture that you can center.

As for colors, I think either white or gray would work -- if the walls will be pure white, then a nice medium-to-dark gray seems great. Like the effect of the shower curtain here!

I would go with a white or a shade of it. Greys are hard and may compete with the counter top grey color. A slight difference in the two will really show. White will also take away from the terracota tile and grey will make the orange pop.

Black! Or dark charcoal, depending on what those tones are in your curtain and matt. I painted my powder room vanity cabinets black and love it. The contrast would be great, and it would even compliment the floor.

I would opt for off-white to lighten up the space. Grey would feel dark next to the floors. Good luck!

I would do a very very light grey (almost white with just a tint of grey in it) so it doesn't blend into the walls ;-)

I would paint it white. Your mirror needs to be centered, or at least moved so the left side is in line with the left side of the vanity. Lights need to be moved also.

I did paint it white and really love it. I am working on the rest!
