My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Love the floor color! What stain/finish did you use?

    This is a pre-finished, hand scrapped white oak. The color tones come from a dark grey stain with a mild white wash treatment. Thanks for asking!

    This was an oak that was purchased from Prosource flooring in Austin a few years ago. I am unsure as to if it is still available though.....we loved it a lot as well!
