Try Silestone Bianco River or several other of their marble looking options. You might want to consider something with a little contrast. Best of luck with your project.

Taking into consideration the lifestyle you are describing, I would highly recommend going with quartz counter top and not marble. Marble can stain easily and needs to be sealed, quartz products do not. Many of this years new color introductions, the quartz industry now have several options that look like just marble. I would take a look at Cambria Quartz colors, New Quay or Windermere. The both are on the lighter side with small amounts of veining the resemble your paint color. Also check out, Silestone's Lagoon and Lyra, as well as Pentalquartz colors BQ9420P Tabacco & BQ9418 Serra.

Consider natural quartzite. It's quarried out of the ground, not man made and looks like marble but is a bit harder than granite. This photo is White Princess, but it comes in other colours as well. Above options are all good as well.

If you are only doing the countertops you need to go with a dark one. The kitchen is just too light/white/ and needs some contrast. You have white cabinets, white appliances, white tile and beige walls. You need to go darker someplace. If you are all done with the kitchen then you need a dark countertop. Maybe soapstone or a dark granite. Dakota would tie in the brown in the tile. Then change the walls to a much deeper, richer color.

Thank you! I do have ss refrigerator and ss dishwasher. I am hoping to replace the oven and microwave with ss as well. We are going to change the the backsplash, sink and faucet, too. I love all the ideas.

@iburnfood. Do you think colonial cream or giallo ornamental would be enough of a contrast?

We did look at Taj Mahal quartzite, but it was out of price since we need 2-3 slabs.

Yes those would look good with the appliance change AND going darker with the walls.
