This is a beautiful shade that you could take in a lot of different directions. I like the ideas you have about the black & white photos, but a little concerned about pops of the other colors. If you are wanting to keep the serene, dream-like whimsy look, then maybe choose subtler tones of those colors you mentioned, & accent with a silver. If you are wanting a more vibrant look, then go with the bolder colors. Good luck!

I agree with Shelley Taylor. Mute those colors that you want to pop. If you want the mentioned colors to pop, then go with a darker blue purple, which creates a different vibe.
