My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Order from Gardino's

Twice a year the University of South Florida Botanical Gardens has a sale with vendors from all over Florida. For many years I would see this guy running around barefooted. I knew he was a vendor but it took me awhile to figure out he was from Gardino's AND that Gardino's is big into hoyas. (Because USF has a garden shop with a lot of hoyas I assume they don't let Gardino's bring hoyas to the sale because of the completion).

I have not placed an order yet but closer to the USF sale I will place an order and they will bring the plants to Tampa to the sale. happy happy.

Any suggestions?
