Where can I find a house plan like this?

This is the perfect back side of a house that would be ideal for the hilltop view . I would love to see the rest of this house and perhaps, purchase the plan.

The Hardie company sent a reply that they could not help me find the builder or designer for this house. I would really appreciate it, if they would look at this photo and perhaps send me photos of other elevations, if possible.
