My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

LOVE THIS! wondering if the pedestal is optional (would that lower the cost). I found the GINEVRA on your website but don't see it here. Is it possible to sub a different (but similar) tub filler?

As you identified we do have other tubs with this finish but they are not available for purchase via Houzz. We could customize a tub package to suit your need.
