My first guess would have been Parmentiera cereifera, but the foliage does not seem to match.

These pods hang from a vine-like stem. There is a tree with similar pods that hang from the trunk of the tree.

Cassia abbreviata has similar pods.

I've seen pictures of Moringa tree pods that look like those, but the leaves don't look the same to me.

agree with audrey_gw A Cassia sp, seeing the flower will surely helps on ID, but leaves made me lean toward C. fistula though.
