3 car garage for 1 car and master bath

moving into a home june 1st with a massive 3 car garage while we only have 1 car, so looking for ideas of how to leverage the excess space. dilemma number 2 is we have huge master bedroom without bathroom. so we would like to put one in, thinking directly above 2nd flr bathroom would make this less complicated.

Is there a second floor above the garage? If not, one of the stalls (leave two) could turn into outdoor patio space--it looks like you have very grand ideas for that in your saved pictures!

And yes, add a master ensuite at all cost. I don't understand the plan that would have a huge master and 3 car garage, with no ensuite...

I'd have my workbench, shelves and tools in the garage before my wife could even think about what to do with the space.
You're thinking is probably on point for the master bath.
