All of our fabric options are polyester-based and many, like Woven Gravel (pictured here) are 100% Polyester. Polyester fabrics offer excellent clean-ability and durability and the Tuxedo style features removable cushion covers than can be dry cleaned if a deeper cleaning is desired (spot cleaning OK for small cleanups!). We do not pre-treat any of our fabrics as no chemicals are added to any of our sofas but many customers have opted to Scotchgard their pieces for added protection with ease :)

In terms of our return policy, Apt2B offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee at the time of delivery. Once the in-home, white-glove delivery service that we use removes all packaging and places your new sofa in the room of your choosing you will be able to ensure the level of quality and comfort are to your liking. If they are not for whatever reason you can refuse the order at the time of delivery and receive a full refund minus the cost of return shipping to us :)

After the initial delivery you have a 14 day period to initiate a return and still receive a refund minus the cost of return shipping and a 15% re-stocking fee is applied because we can no longer guarantee the sofas "brand new" status.
