kitchen wall paint color help

Hi, I've posted questions about my kitchen in the past, so you may recall my design. i am looking advice on wall paint color. We selected Taj Mahal quartzite counters
(slab has some movement but not a lot), have a somewhat taupe/grey monochromatic 12x24 porcelain tile floor with little movement, white perimeter cabinets, medium brown stained island, white subway tile, ss chimneys style hood, chrome sink fixture, white apron sink, brushed nickel hardware, antique bronze island pendants, double ovens/refrigerator/rangetop have industrial/pro look, dark wood chairs at island and a dark wood table set to the side. I am thinking something like Benjamin Moore Manchester Tan to keep everything neutral. That way I can add color and dimension with items added to the space that can be changed, such as: behind the rangetop i plan to hang a bronze plaque curtains for window and slider to add warmth and color.

does anyone have any comments/suggestions? I will try to add a photo with current progress in kitchen. thank you!
