What is the width between the two side rails, 53" or 54"?

I need to know if it will fit my full size mattress, which is 54" in width.
Thank you so much! Is this bed available in any other color as well?

    The width between the side rails is about 56". Your full size mattress should fit perfectly. Here are the different finishes it comes in. Please let us know if you have any other questions.
