Charcoal/Black dark or grey/silver dark?

Charcoal, dark with emphasize the unique shape which is important to your look I believe. Go dark.

Charcoal if you want the shape to stand out, otherwise use a grout the same color as the tiles.

if you like how it looks w/o the grout (see the dark lines?) then do charcoal. I like silver. I don't know what else you are doing in the room, so, hard to say.
