Hello, thanks for asking about our Silhouette Collection Vanity. Both drawers are functional. The top drawer has a cut out for your plumbing but the bottom drawer is a full size drawer. Both drawers are soft closing. Please find below a link to shop this product on Houzz. You will find images of the open drawers for further clarification.
