My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Stove/fireplace hood

Love your design! Can you let me know the material used for the stove and fireplace hoods and how it was finished/treated. Looks like some sort of metal?....

    Both the fireplace and the vent fan are cold rolled steel fabricated on site. We used a clear matte steel sealer to prevent rust and to maintain the patina in the steel. The steel doors and windows were fabricated by Portella Steel Doors and Windows in Austin, Texas.
