Does anyone know how to eliminate the smell of dog urine. It's coming back again and I want to put laminate floor down but I want to make sure that the smell is gone. I put Kilz on the closet floor where the smell was the strongest but it is still there. I just put in a new swamp cooler and that is when I noticed the smell again. Any advice would be appreciated before I put down the new flooring. Could it be on the walls which were all just painted.
