I'm confused on the pricing. It says $118 for 25"X9.5'. So, that means it's $118 for ONE sheet. That seems outrageous.

For removable wallpaper, manufacturer suggested retail prices ("MSRP") range from $2.00 to $7.00 per square foot; however, there is also good, better and best grades. At Swag Paper, we utilize a woven polyester, which is a quality grade that does not stretch or emit odors associated with vinyl products. Our price per square foot is $5.75.
