Are the specs from the outside rim or from the interior of the sink basin? I have about 13" to work with inside a cabinet.

    Hello,

    The dimensions on this sink are based on the outside rim 14" x 14". This sink has a 1" rim that runs all the way around so, it makes for an easier installation. The actual bowl opening of the sink would be 12" x 12". Please feel free to contact us if you need further detailed instructions on how to install this type of sink.
