My new grout backsplash was just installed. The installer cleaned as they went up, as much as possible, but some grout remained on the tiles. After drying, the grout came off the smooth surface tiles, but not the textured tiles. There are hundreds of specks of grout embedded in the depressed areas of the textured tile. The installer tried many ways to clean it, but to no avail. Any suggestions?
