It could be White Ice.

We can all guess, but a piece is not representative of an entire slab...

It is hard to say - different vendors often have different names for the same product. Are you in a big city? I would go to a large slab vendor and ask. Some vendors have pretty good images on their websites so you might be able to narrow it down. Also, samples vary, depending on what part of the slab they are cut from. If a granite has a lot of variation, one sample might look completely different from another. Here is a photo of 2 samples of what one of our local vendors calls "White Springs"

As you can see they are different. Another factor is that quarries sometimes run out of stone, or the stone changes as they mine further into the hill. Over time, the same product can look different than it did when it was first introduced. When you go to look at granite be sure to select the slabs you want to use and sign off on them. You might want to take a representative from your granite fabricator with you so that he can look at them with an expert eye to make sure the slabs are not cracked, do not have fissures, and are not bowed.

The good new is that light, off white granites are very popular these days abd it should be fairly easy to find something you love. Good luck!

Might be "Crystal White", but I believe every Granite store can change the name of the product they sell, so you cant find it anywhere else

Mary v nailed it. White ice or delicatus white some times Bianco Romano can look like this too but white ice is exactly like your sample. I too would go some where else, sketchy sales rep doesn't want you pricing it else where.

I think I have that same granite and it is called Bianco Antico.

but this granite varies widely, and with any stone you have to see the slabs themselves, because of these differences from supplier to supplier. Each bundle of slabs comes from the earth at a different point in time and place, so of course, they are different. I love the beauty of this granite and how interesting it is.

These photos look a little pink, but that is a function of monitors, it is white, creams beige blacks and a variety of different looks throughout the slab.
