My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

      Yeah it's unfortunate when collaborating with architects and clients and they make poor decisions. That being said, it looks much more compact because of the camera angel. AND it's still a pretty room to be in. :-)

      Get rid of all but the two over the island and replace with pot lights. Then take one of the rugs out - two is too many. Then... it will be an awesome kitchen!!

      I totally agree with Toronto Designers, but would say get rid of both rugs. They are tripping hazards in a kitchen where you're rushing around.
