Exterior LED dimmable string lights

I want to install string lights over my patio. I plan to plug them in to a dimmer switched outlet. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Pricing on this stuff seems to be all over the place. I'm looking for something that I can extend if I need to.

LED dimmers are not the standard ones for incandescent lights. Here is one source -- LED Strip Lighting

I came across this led wet rated string light option @ 66ft. They are not extendable however.
